It is important that you feel safe when you provide information about yourself to us at LM International (Läkarmissionen) when applying for work or participation in Step4Life. We take great care to protect your privacy.
Your personal data will be used within LM International and by people involved in recruitment as well as by possible partners. Partners are indicated in the information, we have partners, for example in the case of aid trips. Partners are personal data processors. LM International is the data controller and is therefore responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

Personal data will be used for recruitment purposes and de-identified statistics. The legal basis for processing your personal data during the recruitment process is consent to administer and document the recruitment process. In case of employment, the legal basis is legal obligation. After completion of the recruitment, the data is archived in order to be used in the event of an appeal of the recruitment under, for example, discrimination legislation. When the possibility to appeal no longer exists, the information will be destroyed. If you have given your consent for the information to be stored even after the time for appeal has expired, the information can be stored for as long as you have consented to. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our HR department.
The following personal data will be stored in the recruitment database: the information you fill in yourself on the website, your CV and cover letter and other information you provide to us such as grades and certificates. In addition, we may record notes from interviews, discussions with referees and results of personality tests.
The personal data may be processed by a so-called personal data assistant who manages the operation of the computer systems.
You have the right to receive, free of charge, information about the personal data registered about you in the LM International recruitment database. Send your request to LM International, mark the envelope "GDPR manager", Siktgatan 8, 162 88 Vällingby, Sweden. If you believe that any information about you is inaccurate or misleading, you should contact us immediately. You can also notify us if you wish to restrict the processing of your personal data in any way, object to the processing or delete it.

Personuppgifterna kommer att användas för rekryteringsändamål och avidentifierad statistik.
