The RISE for Change programme in Latin America supports marginalised communities, particularly women, youth, and indigenous groups in Guatemala, Honduras, and Paraguay to claim their rights and hold public institutions accountable. Through community-led social audits, participants assess public services, engage authorities and promote transparency. The model, grounded in a rights-based and locally-led approach, has strengthened civic participation and influenced education and governance reforms. Civil society organisations play a central role in facilitating training, advocacy and sustained community engagement.}
