Rooted in LM’s core values and aligned with its 'Roadmap 2030', the Step4Life traineeship programme offers four distinct tracks: Academia, Field Deployment, Professional Training, and Travel & Explore, designed to bridge academic learning with practical, values-based global engagement.
Through a combination of mentorship, hands-on experience, and structured capacity building, the programme cultivates emerging professionals across a wide range of disciplines and backgrounds. It aims not only to equip youth with the skills and networks needed for effective global leadership, but also to deepen their engagement with real-world challenges through cross-cultural exposure and servant leadership.
