A platform for meaningful leadership

Today’s leaders stand at the threshold of a new global reality. Some discern only the weight of our age: conflicts, climate crises, widening inequalities. Others perceive the possibilities: transformative technologies, bold innovations, and fresh avenues for lasting change.

To lead is to embrace both. It is to confront challenges with clarity and resolve, while remaining alert to opportunities that spark renewal. Above all, it is to carry vision: to inspire, to instil confidence, and to give hope.

LEADtalks exists for such leadership. Initiated by Läkarmissionen/LM International in collaboration with Filadelfia Convention Center and EuroAcademy, it is a distinguished platform for reflection and dialogue.

In a world of complexity, LEADtalks offers space to pose the hard questions, to share experience, and to explore innovative solutions shaped by hope. Its vision is to strengthen leaders who not only recognise the realities of our time, but also bear the courage to imagine and create a better future.

LEADtalks is more than a gathering. It is a growing community where meaningful leadership flourishes, ideas take form and true change begins.

Welcome to LEADtalks. Welcome to the future of leadership.

Artificial Intelligence – The Tower of Babel or Humanity’s Saviour?

AI is developing products, advancing science, revolutionising businesses and changing the way leaders think. At the same time, the extraordinary pace of its development is raising profound questions about ethics, responsibility, power and what it ultimately means to be human.

Is AI the answer to humanity’s inequalities and challenges? Or are we building a new Tower of Babel, where technology is advancing faster than our ability to understand its consequences?

Joining us are three distinctive voices with extensive expertise and experience in the opportunities, risks and future of AI:

Louise Callenberg - AI theologian and public commentator focusing on the existential and ethical questions raised by artificial intelligence.

Sara Kappelmark - Co-CEO of Norrsken Foundation, where entrepreneurship and innovation are harnessed to develop solutions to global societal challenges.

Johan Müllern-Aspegren - Emerging Tech Lead at Capgemini, with extensive experience of how AI is transforming businesses, leadership and business development.

Join us for a delicious breakfast and an inspiring morning where technology meets philosophy, business development and optimism about the future.

This is an invitation-only event for personally invited guests. For more information, please contact Hanna Rosell at:
